  Downloading Codes and Files

   There is no charge for downloading and using codes or files in the
   ingber.com archive, subject to the CONDITIONS and DISCLAIMER below. In
   general, Lester Ingber has retained all rights such as copyrights to
   these codes and files, but they may be freely used by any person or
   group independent of affiliations, e.g., independent of academic or
   commercial affiliation.

   Wherever applicable, redistributions of these files must retain their

  Consulting/Contracting

   I will only consult/contract on projects that are of interest to me
   and that I feel I can make a substantial contribution. My consulting
   fee for developing projects requiring my optimization or financial
   experience and algorithms/codes is higher than if no codes are
   provided. This fee is negotiable for shorter or longer projects.

   Note that I regularly address short technical queries via email, at no
   charge. To be sure your email is not filtered out, it is best to use
   lester_email.html.
