Chef Louise

Pastry Chef Louise Ingber received professional culinary and baking degrees from the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago (CHIC), a Le Cordon Bleu school. After obtaining her culinary degree she worked as a line cook and Sous Chef, and then after obtaining her baking and pastry degree she was a Pastry Chef with the W Hotel in Chicago.

Chef Louise has a commercial pastry kitchen and produces fine pastries and chocolates for both retail and wholesale customers.


Louise's ballet career included: Principal Ballerina with Ballet Pacifica, Laguna Beach, CA; Founder and Director, Conservatory of Ballet Arts & Co., Solana Beach, CA; Master Teacher, Hidden Valley Music Seminars, Carmel Valley, CA; guest ballerina, guest teacher/choreographer, and author.

Here are some videos of Louise dancing circa 1980, and a quick scan of a ballet book Louise wrote many years ago, which may be useful to some students. Louise Frazer was her maiden name and stage name while she was dancing and singing professionally.
